Payment policy

 

After booking details and pricing are confirmed,  I will then take a small deposit.  

Deposit of 10% of the total fee is required at the time of booking which is payable by bank transfer the rest of the amount will be paid on the day of event.

30 business days' cancellation notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.

Hired time, required breaks

 

For all our performances the booking time duration and fees quoted on your booking confirmation email is for the total time hired. This is not the total playing time. Alesia Violin generally take a 10 minute break per hour during a function of 2 hours or more. Alesia Violin is happy to coordinate her breaks with your function's itinerary.

 

Cancellations policy

Client responsibilities

 

The client must ensure that the performance venue is able to provide a safe source of power, a safe performance area.

 

Violionist responsibilities

 

Alesia Violin will perform for the ‘client’ to her highest standard .
